Every human being starts out seeking to meet his/her physiological needs (food, shelter, Sleep, Clothes, Shelter).

Eventually, we move on to satisfy our safety needs (financial, health and physical) then we nove on to trying to have a social belonging. When this is achieved, we all try to boost and solidify our self esteem.

The final stage and the most elusive is the stage of ‘Self Actualization’.

What a man can be, he must be. This level of need refers to the realization of one’s full potential. Maslow describes this as the desire to accomplish everything that one can, to become the most that one can be.

Individuals perceive or focus on this need very specifically. People may have a strong, particular desire to become an ideal parent, succeed athletically, or create paintings, pictures, or invention but the hustle and bustle of life usually distracts until its too late to achieve the goals. This makes a lot of individuals frustrated in their later lives as they feel unfilulfilled irrespective of the money they have or the positioned they achieved in the society/work.

The most viable ingrident for self actualization and fulfillment is self-discovery. This period of self isolation is the best opportunity for us to discover who we are and all we can achieve to give us fulfillment at the later stages of our lives.

It not money, money becomes irrelevant at the third stage of the heirachy of needs. That is why a lot of millionaire commit suicide and some even die frustrated and unfulfilled given from the confessions on their death bed.

Now that work, religious activities, lounges, bars, school runs and all other things that take our time have been taken out of our time for now, this is the time to think and plan.

Do not miss it now, fulfillment at old age depends on this.

*This may be your only chance*
