The speculation is over as the Governorship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in 2012 and recently the Guber aspirant in the “faulty” primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ondo State,   Chief Olusola Alexander Oke, finally pitched his tent with the Alliance for Democracy, AD.

Chief Oke became aggrieved alongside other aspirants at the just concluded APC primaries after it was widely claimed that some of the delegates were bribed to vote for a particular candidtate.
Also there were allegations of the delegates list being doctored, causing the APC to constitute an appeal panel of inquiry into the issue.
Following recommendations of the panel that a rerun primaries should be done, the APC National Working Committee, NWC overruled the panel report and affirmed Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has the party’s standard bearer in the November 26 election in the State.
This apparently did not go well with many of the aspirants who believed a rerun primaries as advised by the appeal panel should have been upheld by the NWC.
For Chief Oke, since the APC could not be democratic enough in the process leading to the emergence of Mr Akeredolu,  getting another platform to contest the coveted position is the sure bet and that’s Alliance for Democracy, AD.
