Remo Stars Donates Vehicle To Vigilante Group | The Precision

In a bid to enhance effective security in Ikenne Remo, Ogun State, Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) donates a Toyota Tacoma vehicle to the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) Ikenne Unit, Ogun State Command.

This is one Corporate Social Responsibilities the club is embarking upon to ensure the club’s residing community benefits from the club. 
Presenting the keys of the Tacoma, General Manager, Adedoyin Ogungefun says it is part of the club’s responsibility to assist in order to ensure good security within its environs.
“It’s part of Remo Stars FC Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to ensure good life and security for the club and also its environs”
“We won’t stop in contributing to the growth of the community. Assisting the VGN because of their impact to the community of Ikenne Remo area of Ogun State and we just hope it go a long way to help in fulfilling the aims and objectives.”
While receiving the key from Remo Stars FC General Manager, Patron of VGN Ikenne Unit, Dr. Prince Babatunde Adedapo Onafowankan appreciates the goodwill of the club and urges the commander of Ikenne Remo Unit of Vigilante Group of Nigeria to make judicious use of the vehicle.
“First I must appreciate the club for deeming it fit to give out the vehicle to assist the VGN, Ikenne Remo Unit of Ogun State, it would help them adequately carry out their duties to the community.”
“I am not happy the team has been relegated to the lower division but I  pray that the Club will return to topflight football in earnest and continually move forward in all they lay their hands on.”
Conclusively, he advised the VGN to make good use of the vehicle to get good results “I impore you (VGN) to make effective use of it and ensure they use it in carrying out their duties as at when due to give out productive results.” Onafowankan said.
