There was pandemonium at the Tedder Hall of Residence of the University of Ibadan on Monday when a fight that ensued between a 100 level Law student and his roommate, who is also a 100 level Technology student almost led to their untimely death.

THE PRECISION reports that the fight started when the Technology student (name withheld) requested for his missing fried plantain popularly called Dodo from the Law student (name withheld).
It was gathered that the 100 level Law student overpowered him, before stabbing him in four different places – twice in the neck, once in the back and once on the arm.
Efforts by residents of Tedder Hall of Residence to reduce the bleeding from the stab was to no avail.
The injured student was then taken to the University’s clinic, but the doctor on duty refused to attend to him until the Law student was handed over to the University’s security personnel.
The injured student had since been responding to treatment.
More to come…
