The new executive members of MMPN

 

The Muslim Media Practitioners of Nigeria (MMPN) has inaugurated new Executive members to run the affairs of the association for the next two years, THE PRECISION can understand.

The appointment was made during the second National Convention of the association held in Abuja at the weekend.
The new president, Alhaji AbdurRahman Balogun from the News Agency of Nigeria, Abuja, who was reappointed pledged commitment to the service of the association and urged members to show more dedication and cooperation to achieve set objectives.
The executives numbering 13 included, two  zonal Coordinators, Mr Mustapha Abubakar from Kwara state as the North central coordinator and Mr Kabir Garba from Lagos state as the Southwest coordinator.
Others are Hajia Aisha Alli from Abuja as the Auditor, Hajia Bilqees Oladimeji from Kwara as the Welfare Secretary, Mr Yaqub Popoola from Ekiti as the Public Secretary and Brother AbdurRafih Adebayo from Oyo as the Treasurer.
The Financial Secretary is Mr Jubril Bada from Ondo; Assistant General Secretary is Abubakar Lawal Suleiman from Nasarawa and Mr Tajudeen Adebanjo from Lagos as the General Secretary.
Also on the executive list are Mr AbdurRasheed AbdulAzeez from Oyo as the National Missioner and Mr Buhari Bukar-Bello from Plateau as the National Vice President of the association.
