The Ondo state Commissioner for Natural Resources, Alhaji Rasheed Badmus has called on the Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations of Nigerian (FOMWAN) to pray for the Nigeria President Muhammad Buhari and the Ondo state Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for unity, progress and general development of the state and the country at large.
Badmus charged the Muslim women during a house prayer fellowship with the commissioner at his resident on Sunday 
Badmus said that government is working endlessly to ensure that the citizens reap dividends  of democracy

He noted the economic challenges faced by the government gave set back to development in the country. 
He observed the need to pray for the president to actualise his good intention for the country expressing some various counters governance.
Badmus, who disclosed that  the state government inherited about Two hundred and nineteen billion applauded Akeredolu for his road work projects which he said was a miracle in spite of lack of finances in the state.
FOMWAN Akure North local government Amirah, Alhaja Fatima Ibrahim who lead the women for the special prayers Prayed for the success of Akeredolu’s led administration.
She said the women will continue to pray to ensure that government meets the expectations and yearning of its citizenry.
She advised the women and general public to intensify more on their prayers which she described as the key to  success and development.
