In his welcome address, one of the major drivers of the coalition, Chief Tom Ikimi, reiterated that all the political Parties are  equal partners  and would be involved in decision making processes. He stated that the coming together of the political Parties is not a merger but a coalition in which none of the political Parties would lose its identity.

Tom Ikimi maintained that the essence is to produce a common presidential candidate for the 2019 general elections while the Parties would work out areas of collaboration at state levels to support one another’s candidates at other levels of the 2019 election.

High Chief Peter Ameh, who is the National chairman of PPA, is also on the Steering Committee.
