Easter: No More Church Service On Sunday – Akeredolu

Following a lot of agitations on the decision of the Ondo state government to grant CAN the permission for Christians to hold Church Easter Services, the Governor of the state; Arakunrin Akeredolu has re-address issue.

This may hold credit to the second case of Covid-19 found in the state just recently.

The Governor in his tweet to the people of Ondo state made a statement on the redress.

He said:

“I’ve heard you all and your concerns on the need to #LockDownOndo. I have just concluded a meeting with CAN and we have resolved that the services will not hold again. Thanks for your concerns. Stay blessed and Happy Easter to all.”

At last, the Governor of Ondo state has reconsider his decision, putting the interest of the people at heart.
