Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state, Eyitayo Jegede, SAN has reportedly dropped the names of Hon. Gboluga Ikengboju and Mrs Banke Sutton for the party’s leadership to pick one as his running.
A source close to Jegede revealed this development on Monday, Triangle Media reports.
The Precision NG had reported on Sunday that barring any hitch, Jegede will announce his running mate today Monday.
INEC regulations say candidates are to announce their running mates before July 28 deadline.
