The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state has congratulated members of the newly inaugurated Executive Committee of Online Media Professionals in Ondo State.
Kennedy Peretei in a statement on Tuesday described the coverage of events in the state and Nigeria by the professionals as very remarkable.
“It is against this background that, we rejoice with you on this special occasion.
“Over the years, the contributions of your members to the development of journalism have been outstanding.
“Our party charges you to continue to be courageous and be true to the ethics of journalism at all times. We have no doubt that, the various online platforms you represent will continue to grow from strength to strength.
“The way and manner you have organised yourselves is worthy of emulation. We pray that, God Almighty will reward your efforts for the selflessness and commitment you have demonstrated in the discharge of your duties,” the statement read.
