Achievers University Announces Free Tuition In 12 Courses Ahead Of 2024/2025 Academic Session

Ahead of the 2024/2025 academic session undergraduate programmes at Achievers University, Owo, the management of the institution has announced a 100% tuition-free in 12 courses/programmes after approval by the council.

The 12 courses as gathered by this online newspaper are:

1. B. Sc. (Ed.) Guidance & Counselling
2. B. Sc. (Ed.) Library & Information Science
3. B. Sc. (Ed.) Biology Education
4. B. Sc. (Ed.) Chemistry Education
5. B.Eng. Civil & Environmental Engineering
6. B.Sc. Remote Sensing & Geoscience Information System
7. B.Sc. Plant Science & Biotechnology
8. B.Sc. Sociology
9. B.Sc. Procurement Management
10. B.Sc. Banking & Finance
11. B.Sc. Economics
12. B.Sc. Health Information Management

It was also gathered that 65%-90% scholarships are also available in 18 courses. The programmes are:

Achievers University was established in 2007 by Dr Bode Ayorinde and currently runs 38 courses which includes MBBS – Medicine & Surgery, Pharmacy, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science & Physiotherapy.

Professor Omolola Irinoye, a Professor of Nursing Science is currently the Vice Chancellor of the institution.
