Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Ikeji Arakeji has launched a new FM radio station, 105.7 JABU Radio.
The new FM station, located at the heart of Joseph Ayo Babalola University, which recently came up live with its first broadcast is set to become a major hub for educational, cultural, and entertainment programming tailored specifically to the local community, students, and the larger Nigerian audience.
While addressing newsmen in Ikeji Arakeji, the station manager, Mr Adesoye Ajayi said the station aims to provide a platform for young voices and ideas from news and current affairs to music, entertainment, and academic discussions.
He also emphasized the station’s mission to not only entertain but also educate and foster a positive community spirit.
“As the Voice of Vision, Sound of Excellence, we strive to reflect the values and diversity of our community. From news and current affairs to music and talk shows, we’re here to connect with and serve our audience with top-notch, quality content.”
