The need to make people see why education is necessary came to the fore at this year‘s Academic Clinic held at the main auditorium, University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Odosida campus.
The speakers who spoke at the event were the Deputy Vice chancellor Administration and Clinical Services, UNIMED, Prof. O.M Oluwatosin, CEO, Right legs, Temilade Adegbite and Senior Registrar, UNIMEDTH, Dr. Sam Ajekwu. The yearly event was visioned by Oladimeji Adeyemo in 2016 and the programme started officially in 2017.

The Programme aimed at guiding upcoming scholars on career choosing, make people find fulfillment in their chosen careers, create a pathway for achieving knowledge, encouragement and motivation for achieving academic set goals, and to enlighten upcoming scholars on academic dynamics.
This year’s event was however hosted hosted by Ifeoluwatomi Akinyemi, a 400 level student of Biochemistry in UNIMED.
The theme of the event was SECRETS OF EXCELLENCE: BRINGING OUT THE BEST IN YOU ON ALL GROUNDS.
I dealt on four major aspects of student’s life which are spiritual life, academic life, entrepreneurship and relationship.
