The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) sitting in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, has declared President Muhammadu Buhari as the authentic winner of the Presidential Election held on February 23, 2019.
In a unanimous Judgement, Justice Mohammed Garba ruled that President Buhari was duly elected having scored the highest number of votes.

The Precision NG reports that while the election was held on February 23, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had on February 27 declared President Muhammadu Buhari as winner of the presidential poll.
