The budget proposal tagged ‘Budget of Recovery’ was presented to the House of Assembly on Tuesday morning.
The proposed size of the 2021 budget is N237.52bn, with N157.56bn as capital and N79.96bn in recurrent expenditure, a 66% to 34% capital to recurrent ratio.
