The Ondo State Directorate of National Orientation Agency (NOA) have called on the good people of Ondo State to come out on Saturday to observe the October edition of environmental sanitation exercise.
The exercise holds between 7am and 10am with full restrictions of movement.
Ralph Oguntibeju, NOA PRO in a press statement issued from the office Director overseeing NOA in Ondo State, Mrs Wumi Famuyiwa on Friday urged members of the public to participate in this month environmental sanitation exercise with total compliance with the environment sanitation law.
Mrs Famuyiwa noted that the recent EndSARS protest across the state has caused debris that littered the environment with remains of damaged and vandalized properties which must be thoroughly clean and cleared which is key to human hygiene.
It is imperative for all to ensure cleaning and clearing of all dirt surrounding every home including drainages, with proper disposal of waste materials to appropriate places.
The NOA boss therefore called on WAI Brigade officers across the state as well as NOA COMOs to closely monitor the exercise and work with all relevant stakeholders in ensuring the success of the exercise.
