Justice Ademola Bola of the Ondo State High Court has declared the indefinite suspension of Hon. Tomide Akinribido as null and void.
Justice Bola ruled that the Ondo State House of Assembly acted arbitrarily by exceeding its power and can only suspend for one day/plenary sitting.
