The new President of St Theresa’s College Old Girls Association, Mrs Tayo Ladipo, esq has promised to take the association to greater heights, uphold all its values and do everything humanly possible to contribute positively to its growth.
Mrs Ladipo made this assurance on Thursday, 11th February 2021, during the inauguration ceremony of a new set of National Executives to run the affairs of the association for the next two years.
Also speaking at the inauguration, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees
of STCOGA, Rev Sr Agnes Hassan (OLA) implored them to be united, to work with the spirit of love, unity and togetherness and urged them not to be distracted but be focused and determined to ensure unity and progress of the association.
There were good will messages from elders and young ones, representatives of STCOGA, North America and UK branches and other well meaning ladies of STCOGA.
Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman, Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) in her goodwill address at the event charged them to make the unity of all members a priority and work hard to make the alumni stronger and more conducive for all.
She promised to be of help at all times and added that the excos should feel free to contact her as she is readily available to be of assistance at all times.
