Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) make a trip to Ole Township Stadium, Delta State to face Holy Arrows FC on Saturday in Matchday four (4) of the B2 Southern conference in the ongoing Nigeria National League (NNL).
Media Manager, Oladimeji Oshode in a statement on the build up to the match recapped that Remo Stars FC – the Sky Blue Stars defeated Abia Comets FC 1-0 in the midweek fixture, thanks to a sublime finish from Ibrahim Yusuf to give the host maximum points at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State.
Holy Arrows FC lost to Apex Krane after Ezekiel Fejiro scored in the 23rd minute of the midweek game to give the latter all three points and the second victory in the league.
The Sky Blue Stars after the victory against Abia Comets FC moved to second on the log, equal on points with Crown FC who are on top of the table with a goal separating both sides.
Holy Arrows FC have just a point since the commencement of the league and they are now second from the bottom on the Nigeria National League (NNL) table.
Both sides will meet for the first time across all competitions, Remo Stars FC victory against Abia Comets FC will restore their confidence after being defeated 4-0 in their last away encounter by Bayelsa United FC.
Meanwhile, the Head Coach of Remo Stars FC, Daniel Ogunmodede is optimistic that his wards will grind out result on Saturday when they face Holy Arrows FC.
