Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari is back in the country, The Precision NG can report.
Babajide Kolade Otitoju, TVC News investigative journalist confirmed her return on his Facebook profile on Thursday.
Aisha Buhari has been away from public functions for over five months.
Just last week, during the commemoration of international women’s day, she issued a press statement on the need for Nigerian leaders to take seriously the plight of women and schoolgirls.
She specifically condemned the kidnappings of schoolgirls in northern Nigeria by terrorists.
Aisha has been a critic of her husband’s government and her disappearance in public functions in recent past has been misconstrued among the Nigerian public.
She was allegedly away in Dubai. The development it was gathered was due to her displeasure about how the president is running the country.
