Golf legend, Tiger Woods has returned home.

Woods had been in the hospital in the last three weeks after sustaining leg fracture following a car crash.

“Happy to report that I am back home and continuing my recovery,” Woods tweeted.

The Golf maestro was treated at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center as well as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

He expressed gratitude to his medical team as well as his fans for their good wishes.

He said:

“I am so grateful for the outpouring of support and encouragement that I have received over the past few weeks.

“Thank you to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. You have all taken such great care of me and I cannot thank you enough.

“I will be recovering at home and working on getting stronger every day,” Woods added.

The February 23 crash left the 82-time PGA Tour winner with a fractured right leg and shattered ankle.

The 15-time major titleholder is considered the greatest golfer of his generation.

He is also the only modern pro to win all four major golf titles in succession.
