Chelsea on Tuesday night beat Real Madrid 3-1 on aggregate in UEFA Champions League semi-final, setting up a final against Manchester City.
Chelsea lifted their first champions league trophy in 2012 after beating Bayern Munich on penalty in a tensed game that ended one all.
Manchester city on the other hand will be attempting to win their first ever champions league title in the final slated for Instanbul, Turkey on 29 May.
