The Chairman, Governing Council of Kaura Namoda Federal Polytechnic, Zamfara state, Hon. Omowunmi Olatunji Ohwovoriole has visited the Emir of Kaura Namoda, His Royal Highness Sanusi Asha.
Joe Ola, media aide to the former lawmaker in a statement, noted that the visit was to pay homage to the Emir and assure the community of her readiness to sustain the good relationship that has long existed between the community and the polytechnic.
Hon. Ohwovoriole who said she has heard good report about the relationship that existed between the late Emir who happens to be his father and the polytechnic said she was indeed glad to be in the community and looks forward to a robust working relationship.
While noting that she will use her good office to facilitate infrastructural development to the community, Hon. Ohwovoriole prayed that during her tenure, the school will witness transformational leadership and a better turnaround.
Hon. Ohwovoriole while also extolling the virtues of the late Emir, affirmed that when he was alive, the students of the polytechnic enjoyed a father-child relationship; a feat she prayed would extended to her in her 3 years of stay at the polytechnic.
Welcoming her to the palace, HRM, Sanusi Muhammed Asha said her appointment is well deserved and honoured.
