The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, has felicitated with His Imperial Majesty, Oba Fredrick Adegunle Aroloye, Arubiefin IV, the Owa of Idanre, over his 45 years on throne.

Adetimehin also congratulated the entire Idanre sons and daughters on the enviable occasion, saying, “it calls for celebration”.

Alex Kalejaye in a statement on behalf of the APC Chairman described the foremost traditional ruler as “a very versatile, highly exposed, unusually understanding and a gentleman par excellence .

Adetimehin, a notable son of Idanre Kingdom, observed that “the highly distinguished and industrious monarch, who loves his community and subjects so dearly” has assiduously initiated and maintained peaceful coexistence among the subjects in the last four and half decades.

He was particularly thrilled by what he termed the “invaluable contributions” of the traditional ruler to the development of the kingdom, that is notable for massive cocoa production.

He said the second road from Akure to Idanre, initiated and executed by the Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu-led administration is a pointer to the fact that both APC government and the traditional institution in the kingdom are collaborating for the good of the people.

Praying God to continue to grant the monarch perpetual health of mind, body and the zeal to promote more developmental strides in the land, the party chieftain canvassed support for the royal father in his tireless efforts to take Idanre to a new level of transformation.
