Mary Ogunga, President-Elect, National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), has congratulated Engr. Babajide Akeredolu on his appointment as Director General, Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit.
Babajide’s appointment was announced during the week after the Governor made a far reaching appointment which include 14 commissioners and Seven special assistants.
Ogunga Ibiyemi, the first female president of NAOSS in the congratulatory message described Babajide’s appointment as a reward for hard work.
She added that the State needs his professional expertise more than ever before.
“I write to extend my heartiest congratulations to you on your appointment as the Director General, Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit, Ondo State.
“Your appointment is a testament to the fact that you’ve always worn diligence, dedication and professionalism like a toga, and equally displayed outstanding qualities in your duties distinguished sir.
“This appointment comes in handy when expertise is needed to take our dear State to greater heights. Everything you have done and accomplished has led to this ground breaking appointment which is well deserved.
“Sir, you’ve constantly distinguished yourself over the years to convince others of your potentials and abilities; it all paid off in the end.
“As you take up the mantle of leadership for this new office, I pray for God’s guidance, wisdom and providence in your endeavors,” she said.
