Tola Gbadamosi Wins Ondo NUJ Chairman’s Best Member Award

Mrs. Tola Gbadamosi, a reporter with Hope Newspapers has emerged the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Chairman’s Best member Award for the year 2021.

She was honoured alongside some other outstanding journalists in the state with various categories of professional awards in recognition of excellent service delivery at the grand finale of activities marking the NUJ Press Week last week Friday.

Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Mrs. Gbadamosi who incidentally is the first female to chair NUJ Press Week celebration expressed gratitude to God and to the leadership of the Union in the stats for deeming it fit to single her out for the honour.

According to her, the award will spur her to do more as it is a testimonial to the fact that there is reward for every good.

While also congratulating all members of the noble profession for a successful 2021 press week, Mrs. Gbadamosi used the opportunity to thank all her professional colleagues most especially members of the planing committee for tirelessly giving their time and resources to make the celebration a success.
