The management of Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) has reacted to the current power outage on Ondo–Ife 132Kv Line.
The company in a statement at the weekend confirmed the development, while apologising to all its customers in Ondo town, Ile-Oluji, Ore, Ifetedo, Ode-Aye and Okeigbo in Ondo state over the power outage.
The statement added that the outage is due to a fault on the Ondo – Ife 132kv transmission line.
“We regret the inconveniences this outage could cause you and assure that our technical team is monitoring the situation closely with their counterparts at the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) to ensure a speedy restoration of power supply,” the statement read.
