A new Commissioner of Police has been appointed for Lagos state.
He is CP Abiodun Sylvester Alabi.
Alabi succeeds Mr Hakeem Odumosu who has been promoted to Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG).
The outgoing CP, Odumosu on Monday handed over to the new CP, with a charge that he should take the security of Lagos state seriously.
