The Management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, wishes to alert the University community and the general public of the activities of a cyber fraudster and impostor, using the name of the Vice Chancellor and his profile picture to open user accounts on LinkedIn, WhatsApp and TrueCaller social media applications thereby trying to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
Please, note that the Vice Chancellor does not have any LinkedIn account and he is not the owner of the phone number: 07025887040 and the email address: olugbengaige58@gmail.com being used by the fraudster.
The University community and the general public are advised to be guided and be conscious of activities of any impostor.
