The Ondo State House of Assembly Majority Leader, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi also known as WEST on Thursday honoured the invitation of the Alumni Association of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (RUGIPO).
During the event, Hon. Ogunmolasuyi joined the leaders of the Association and top management staff of the institution to unveil the newly purchased Alumni Utility Bus, flag off the renovation of the school gate, as well as a hostel.
Ogunmolasuyi, who happens to be an alumnus of RUGIPO, expressed joy on the invitation. He flagged off the renovation project with the sum of N200,000 for work to begin immediately.
He also promised to make further contributions in the nearest future and charge those responsible to ensure work is done swiftly.
The Alumni Association thanked the majority leader for his generosity and willingness to answer whenever he is called upon.
The Rector of the institution, Gani Ogundahunsi while speaking prayed for the success of his re-election bid.
