The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has postponed by one week the Saturday Governorship and House of Assembly Elections.
INEC decision to postpone the election comes on the heels of Wednesday ruling by the Appeal Court for it to reconfigure the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS).
