Buhari Heads To Saudi For 9-day Lesser Hajj As Tenure Ends In 50 Days



Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday head to Saudi Arabia on a 9-day official visit.

A statement by the Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, says the President will be accompanied by his aides.

The visit, which starts from Tuesday, April 11th to 19th, will be his last trip to the Kingdom as President, during which he will perform Umrah, the Lesser Pilgrimage.

Buhari is expected to handover to Bola Tinubu, Nigeria’s president-elect, in the next 50 days.
