The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Lawmaker, representing Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency, Hon. Festus Akingbaso has expressed joy on the safe return of the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON, to the country.
Akingbaso, who was part of the House of Representatives Caucus from the State during a stakeholders’ meeting in Ibadan, expressed happiness that the Governor had returned safely and promptly resumed official duties.
While describing Governor Akeredolu as an upright leader, the PDP lawmaker assured the Governor of the federal lawmakers’ support.
Akingbaso holds the highest political office in the PDP within the State.
He stated:”I am very happy to welcome you back home, Mr. Governor. When I issued a statement some time ago that you are alive and safe, people started asking me different questions and querying whether I spoke with you.
But today, I’m very elated that you are back and you have resumed duties. We are grateful to God for His grace over you. We shall continue to support you and pray for you.”
