“BURIAL OF MRS EUNICE FALIILAT OLORUNFEMI”
On behalf of the entire family of Olorunfemi of Oke -Supare Akungba – Akoko and Olabimtan of Supare- Akoko all from Akoko South West Local Government Area of Ondo State, I, Rt Hon Victor Olabimtan, the Executive Chairman of Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, express my profound appreciation to God Almighty who made all things beautiful and possible in their seasons for providing the good health and the means to make the burial a huge success.
TheYORUBA AXIOM ENIAN LASO MI” also came true in our lives as it play a significant role during the built up to the burial and after judging by the deluge of condolences we received from far and near when Mama passed on and support, financial and moral, we received even from people, groups and political associates too numerous to mention.
In this vein,I cannot but specifically thank my Governor, Mr TALK AND DO Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN, CON, though could not attend personally stood by me and sent a high power delegation to represent him led by his Special Adviser on Community Development, Hon Kolawole Babatunde aka Amechi. It is only God that can thank you enough sir.
We are grateful
In the same spirit, I use my mother, the ever ebullient and resourceful, Secretary to the Government of Ondo State, SSG, Princess (DAME) Oladunni Odu and my brother and personal person, State Chairman of All Progressives Party, APC, Engr Ade Adetimehin as point of contact for members of the State Executive Council and political leaders, partners and friends for the superlative support they all gave me respectively.
My appreciation goes to Hon Adegboyega Adefarati representing the good people of Akoko South West and East Local Government Areas at the Green Chamber who I’m using to reach out to all other members of the National Assembly ditto Hon Ogunmolasuyi, the majority Leader of Ondo State House of Assembly for all other members Ondo State House of Assembly, Chairmen and members of boards and parastatals, Permanent Secretaries, Education secretaries, Staff of SUBEB, St Mary’s Anglican church Alagbaka Akure, CAC Promised Land Akure, Ajafa Social Club Supare, Uliyemi Social club Supare, Elshadai Alagbaka Akure and others too numerous to mention.
Indeed, like I said eniyan laso mi you all made the ceremony tick and successful and I will not forget easily the contributions and impact each and everyone of you played towards the huge success of the event through your prayers, presents and presence at all the events.
In short, words failed me on how to express my gratitude. All that, I know is that, I’m indebted to each everyone of you.
