An Owo-born politician, Toyyib Musa-Omoloja has congratulated Chief Olayide Adelami on his appointment as Deputy Governor of Ondo State.
Adelami was recently nominated by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and had since been cleared by the House of Assembly.
He awaits swearing-in by the Chief Judge of the State, Justice Olusegun Odusola any moment from now.
Musa-Omoloja, who was in the recent race to becoming the deputy governor, described Adelami, as an asset to the society.
“Without any scintilla of doubt, with Chief Adelami’s rich pedigree, unblemished reputation and glittering character profile, he will be a blessing to the government and people of Ondo State.
“I wish him a resoundingly successful tenure of office. I also congratulate Governor Aiyedatiwa for picking the accomplished technocrat as his deputy,” he said.
