Hon. Toluwani Borokini, a former member of the Ondo State House of Assembly has been appointed as Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) to the President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
Borokini’s appointment was announced on Friday.
Simeon Toluwani Borokini, an accomplished legislator, who served as the Whip of the 9th Ondo State House of Assembly, was noted for managing diverse committee responsibilities and driving impactful legislation.
He served as Chairman House Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Ad-hoc Committee in VAPP Law among others.
He is the pioneer Vice Chairman (West Africa ) for Africa Young Parliamentarian Network with it’s HQ in Kenya.
He is a seasoned conference speaker across the African Continent, haven spoken at various high profile platforms across the continent.
He has a background in education and effective communication with a proven track record in fostering youth empowerment and promoting strategic leadership initiatives both locally and across the African continent.
He is highly creative and resourceful.
