The Dynasty of Dabo in Apoi Land, Ese- odo Local Government area of Ondo state has announced the passage of the Obateru of Apoi Land, High Chief, Fola Dabo.
According to a press release by Sunday Dabo, Secretary General, Dabo’s Family Worldwide, High Chief Dabo passed away in the early hours of Monday 16 April, 2024.
The press release added;
Before his death, he held the esteemed position of a life patron in the Elders Forum of the Afenifere Pan Yoruba group.
High Chief Dabo had in February this year lost his wife Esther Folake Dabo (Nee Iroju) and her burial Ceremony was already scheduled for 4th-5th of May 2024.
The family will provide further details on the burial arrangements in due course.
