Ondo NIPR Felicitates Tunji-Ojo On Birthday, Hails Workers On May Day

The Chairman, Ondo State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Mr. Funmilayo Ikueduranni has felicitated with Hon. Dr. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, the Minister, Federal Ministry of Interior on the occasion of his birthday, today, the 1st of May, 2024.

In a statement issued by the Public Relations Executive of the Institute, Mrs Oluwafunke Asagunla, the state chairman of the Institute, extended its warmest congratulations to Honourable Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, expressing his heart-felt joy for the Minister on behalf of the Chapter.

According to the statement, Mr Fumilayo Ikueduranni said ‘the professional body which is dedicated to shaping public perception has been greatly impressed with the Minister’s remarkable achievements and his steadfast commitment to advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR has been nothing short of exemplary’

The statement reads further, “Your efforts have significantly contributed to the realization of key objectives within the Ministry of Interior, fostering a renewed sense of hope and progress across the nation”

Ikueduranni prayed that this birthday served as a testament to BTO’s past accomplishments and a harbinger of even greater successes in the years ahead. He also prayed that Almighty God continues to bestow upon the Minister divine wisdom, guidance, and strength as he navigates the path towards greater heights of excelling in the responsibilities before him.

Similarly, as Nigerian workers celebrate Workers’ Day, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Ondo State Chapter, has hailed workers for their unwavering resilience and unwavering commitment in the face of prevailing economic adversities.

The Institute wishes to express its deepest appreciation to the diligent and dedicated professionals who serve as the bedrock of both the public and corporate spheres within the nation’s economy.

In light of the current economic challenges confronting the nation, the Ondo Chapter of NIPR firmly advocates for governmental bodies at all levels to urgently pursue viable solutions to alleviate the burden on Nigerian workers, who bear the disproportionate impact of these hardships. It is imperative that concerted efforts are made to mitigate the adverse effects of economic downturns, thereby affording Nigerian workers the relief they rightfully deserve.

Furthermore, while encouraging Nigerian workers to remain steadfast in their professional obligations, the Institute calls upon labor leaders to demonstrate proactive leadership and implement outcome-driven initiatives aimed at emancipating Nigerian workers from the perennial cycle of economic hardship.
