Professor Ezekiel Shegun Asemah has been appointed as the substantive Vice Chancellor of Glorious Vision University (GVU), Ogwa, Edo State.
Prof. Asemah has been the VC of GVU in acting capacity in the last one year.
Formerly Samuel Adegboyega University, Glorious Vision was established in 2005 by The Apostolic Church, Nigeria LAWNA.
Dr. Daniel C Onyejiuwa, Ag. Director of Academic Planning GVU in a terse message obtained via a WhatsApp group of academics at GVU, disclosed that Prof. Asemah’s announcement as a Substantive Vice Chancellor, was made known by the LAWNA Territorial Chairman, Pst. (Dr.) S.G.O. Uyeh during the Sunday LAWNA international convention.
Asemah, a Professor of Public Relations and Advertising has over 120 academic publications and according to his profile on Google Scholar he had been cited over 4000 times.
Prof. Asemah had his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Jos; his Masters at Benue State University, Makurdi; while his Doctor of Philosophy was obtained from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
