Human rights activist, Dele Farotimi has been granted N50 million bail with one surety by the federal high court in Ekiti state.
The court on Monday asked the surety to provide evidence of two years’ tax clearance, land document and a letter of authorisation from the telecommunication operator.
The suit bordering on alleged defamation and cybercrime against Legal luminary, Afe Babalola was adjourned to January 29, 2025.
