As the crescent moon heralds the end of Ramadan, the Majority Leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi, has extended felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Owo Constituency I, Ondo State.
Hon. Ogunmolasuyi while acknowledging the dedication and spiritual commitment demonstrated during the holy month of Ramadan, extended his greetings to Muslims in Nigeria on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
He emphasized the importance of carrying forward the virtues of self-discipline, compassion, and unity that Ramadan embodies.
“The completion of Ramadan is not just a time for celebration but also a moment for reflection on the values of empathy, generosity, and communal harmony.
“Let us continue to uphold these principles in our daily lives to foster a more inclusive and peaceful society.”In alignment with national leaders, Hon. Ogunmolasuyi calls upon all Nigerians to embrace the spirit of togetherness and collective progress,” Hon. Ogunmolasuyi remarked.
The majority leader echoed President Bola Tinubu’s sentiment: “We are the sculptor, and Nigeria is the clay; we shape it as we desire.” According to Hon. Ogunmolasuyi, “Nigeria is the only country we can call ours; hence the citizens, especially Muslims at this time, must work together and pray assiduously for continuous peaceful coexistence among the people.”
In the spirit of Eid-el-Fitr, Hon. Ogunmolasuyi encourages all constituents to extend kindness to one another, support the less privileged, and contribute positively to the community. He believes that by embodying these values, we can collectively advance towards a more harmonious and prosperous Nigeria.
