An Ondo State based social media influencer and journalist, Sola Omoboyowa, has been honoured with an award of Humanitarian Service by Topshot News Magazine.
The award is in recognition of his giant strides in Humanitarian Services to the less privileged through the use of his social media platforms.
Speaking to journalist at the Nigerian Union of Journalists pen house, Adegbemile, Akure, during the 4th anniversary of the magazine, Omoboyowa thanked the Editor-in-Chief, Mrs Ngozi Aduloju for the honour bestowed on him.
He then dedicated the award to God, his family members, especially his wife, Prophetess Bukola Omoboyowa, for the support given to him in the service to humanity.
Omoboyowa added that he received the award on behalf of his fans on the social media, especially the blue app, whom he described as the owners of the award. According to him, “the award belongs to them all” .
Other awardees were: the Commander of Amotekun Corps in Ondo State, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, Ondo State House of Assembly Member representing Ondo West constituency 2, Hon. Biola Oladapo and Ondo State NULGE President, Comrade Bola Taiwo, among others.
