With all the results from the 18 local government areas of Ondo state, announced at the coalition center of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Akure, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has won the November 16 guber election.
Aiyedatiwa, who is the current governor in the state will be announced in the next few hours by INEC.
He won in all the 18 LGAs of the state.
As at present, INEC’s returning officer is transferring all the results from the LGAs to a sheet, where the final results would be announced.
PDP candidate, Agboola Ajayi is expected to be announced as the first runner-up, while ZLP candidate, Abbas Mimiko is expected to settle for the second runner-up.
