Prophet Babatunde Alfa of Sotitobire church on Wednesday failed to appear at the magistrate court sitting in Oke Eda, Akure, the Ondo State capital
The Precision NG reports that the case necessary documents are being perfected for the case to commence tomorrow, Thursday.
It was also learnt that the case was mentioned before the Magistrate court but there was no appearance of all parties involved in the suit.

However, a staff of the judiciary, James Adetoba told newsmen that the case would not be holding at the magistrate court again as it had been transferred to the high court.
Counsel to Prophet Babatunde Alfa, Olusola Oke confirmed that the case had been formally transferred to the high court which informed why it did not come up on Wednesday as schedule.
He said the case would begin afresh at the high court in Akure and assured that his client will be in court to defend himself.
