The lingering crisis between the factional leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) seems to be over as the two leaders claiming right to the leadership of the party have ended their feud and reunited.
During a press briefing on the development, the Secretary of the Makarfi-led faction, Senator Ben Obi and that of the Sheriff-led faction, Mr Cairo Ojougboh confirmed that the two parties are now prepare to sheathe the sword and move forward.
With this development, the PDP is expected to hold her National Convention to constitute the party’s new leadership in Abuja, the country’s capital.
