A Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Professor Isiaka Adekunle Amoo will tomorrow Tuesday, February 28, 2017 delivers his inaugural lecture at the University’s Auditorium.
A statement signed by the University’s Registrar, Dr Modupe Ajayi, stated that the event will hold by 3.00 p.m., while the event will be chaired by the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Adebiyi Daramola.
The statement noted that Professor Amoo will deliver his inaugural lecture on a topic titled, “Plant Seed Chemicals: Renewable Raw Materials For Industrial Applications.”
Professor Amoo graduated from the University of Benin and also had his Masters Degree at the University. He then proceeded to Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto where he bagged his Doctor of Philosophy degree.
