As it is the tradition for every US president in his inaugural year, President Donald Trump will be delivering his first address to a Joint Session of Congress tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 9 p.m.

The White House in a statement said the joint session will hold at the United States Capitol in the House Chamber, also known as the “Hall of the House of Representatives.”

Mr Trump will address Members of both the House of Representatives and Senate in his first address to a Joint Session of Congress.

According to the statement, Mr Trump is keeping the tradition of previous Presidents by delivering a formal address to a Joint Session of Congress during his inaugural year, and will deliver his first State of the Union address in 2018.
The President will deliver his speech from the Speaker’s rostrum, the white house noted.
