The court of appeal sitting in Akure has nullified the impeachment of Ondo state’s Ex-deputy Governor, Alli Olanusi.
The court ruled that the impeachment of Mr Olanusi was not done in accordance with the provisions of the law.
It also held that the former deputy governor was not accorded fair hearing before he was impeached.
The court ordered the restoration of the rights and benefits due to the Supare-born politician from the time of his removal from office to the period his tenure elapsed.
