Governor of Ondo State, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has urged
Christians in the state to continue to live in peace and love one
another, irrespective of class or creed.

In a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Segun Ajiboye, Mr Akeredolu, in his Easter
message to the people of the state, said the people should emulate Jesus
Christ’s life of love and sacrifice, which he said is encapsulated in
Christ’s decision to lay down his life for the redemption of humanity.
He urged youths in the state to embrace peace and
continue to support the government, promising that his administration
will continue to implement programmes aimed at bringing development back
to the state.
“I want to use the opportunity of the Easter season
to urge every Christian, and indeed, every indigene of our state to
continue to live in peace and to love one another as exemplified by our
Lord, Jesus Christ, who laid his life for the redemption of our sins,”
Governor Akeredolu said.
