Barring any hitch, the report of the three-man Presidential Investigative Committee set up by President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari under the chairmanship of Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo to probe the Discovery of Foreign and Local Currencies by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at Osbourne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos which the Nigerian Intelligence Agency (NIA) claimed it belong to its agency will be submitted next week Monday to the president.
Also, to be submitted is the Allegations of Due Process Violations in the Award of Contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE) in which the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal was suspended.
A statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande noted that the committee has completed its assignment today Wednesday, May 3 and is scheduled to present its reports to the President on Monday, May 8, 2017.
